FIT & SIZES

HOW DO YOUR SHIRTS & SWEATSHIRTS FIT? 

Our shirts and sweatshirts are classic fit (not baggy or boxy) and true to size. Order one size up if a loose fit is preferred. 

WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?

Our youth shirts are available in sizes youth small to youth extra-large. Our adult shirts are available in sizes small to 3 extra-large. Our crew pocket sweatshirts are available in adult sizes. Please see size charts below.

MANUFACTURING

WHERE ARE YOUR SHIRTS MADE? 

Our shirts are designed and printed in the USA after being assembled in Nicaragua. We abide by socially conscious manufacturing and do not use child labor or sweatshops.

POLICIES

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY? 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and then shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates & Free Shipping 
We offer $7 flat rate standard shipping! Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $75! Standard shipping delivers in 3-5 business days (often quicker) once the order is processed. 

International Shipping
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time. We are working on offering international shipping in the near future. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN & REFUND POLICY? 

We have a 14-day exchange/return policy. Customers have 14 days after an order is delivered to request an exchange or return. Products must be in original condition (unworn + unwashed + unused) and exchanges/returns must be approved prior to shipping any items back. 

To start an exchange or return, please email umpire@thekellycrew.com with your full name and order number. If your exchange/return request is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label. 

For returns, the original payment method will be refunded within ten business days if the return is approved. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Upon delivery, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if any of the products are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exceptions 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on gift cards, sale items, or products not in original condition (unworn + unwashed + unused)

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? 

If you have not received your shipment within ten days of placing your order, please email umpire@thekellycrew.com with your full name and order number. We will look into the status of your order promptly.
